THE SPECIALTY JOURNEY

There was a simple joy in the rhythm of the hand-cranked stone mill, the sweet aroma of freshly ground soybeans, and the warmth of sharing our homemade soymilk with the neighborhood.
These early memories instilled in me a deep appreciation for the simple things in life, and a commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Today, I continue that journey by grinding fresh flour, hoping to bring a touch of the past into the present, and a taste of the earth to every table.
Through my work, I strive to create products that are not only delicious but also sustainable and ethically sourced. I believe that by choosing quality ingredients and supporting local farmers, we can make a positive impact on both our health and our communities.
