How to Sprout Wheat Berries:
Place the berries in a container and cover them with plenty of cool water. Soak them for 6-12 hours, or overnight.
Drain and Rinse for every 12 hours to keep them moist. Within a few days, you'll see small sprouts emerging from the berries.
Allow the sprouts to grow to about 1/8 to 1/4 inch (or transfer them to soil to continue growing wheat greens, for your smoothies or for your cat).
Once the sprouts reach the desired length, rinse them thoroughly.
Store them in the refrigerator for up to a few days, freeze it up to a month. Boiling it in hot water for 5 minutes before you serve it. And the water can be served as tea.
